Early Morning

I had a fun night last night. We had some what of a grand opening at our new church building and with that came friends and music. After watching the show for a bit and seeing my friends play their set, I meet them outside for what was going to be a fun and yet a subdued jam session. I didn’t have anything to play expect my foot on the dash and the slap of my hands on my skinny bird like legs but I had a great time listing to my friend Joe come up with Johnny on the Spot music. Needless to say, I didn’t get home till late. So that brings me to today when at 4:45 am country music started and my dream abruptly ended. I went out with a friend for a dawn patrol wakeboard session before work. The weather sucked but the music was loud, the water was warm and the company was great. Sooo, I’m off to bed. I’m looking forward to writing more. My Mom has been on my mind allot lately and I would like to put those thoughts to a keyboard and see what comes of them.
